But sometimes we need a backup copy of the outlook emails which is known as pst file or .olm file in Mac that you can restore later as needed.
Steps to Export backup File
Follow the below steps to take a pst or olm file backup from your Outlook client to local MacBook.
- Open outlook application
- Click on File
- Select Export Option
- Now you have multiple options and choose what you want to take backup.
- Click Continue
- Select the Storage Path where you want to keep your .olm file
- Click Save
- Now the Backup Process will run.
